Warren was excellent.

This is my second time visiting the Leaside location. Booked an appointment for another facial. Experience was very positive,esthetician was knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was friendly, nice atmosphere and location clean. Have now booked another appointment for a massage. Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend the Hand and Stone spas, offers great value and great service.

The staff are all friendly while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The effectiveness of the massages is consistently high. I am able to make appointments with the same therapist. This continuity facilitates a positive experience. My therapist is very knowledgeable and able to address my particular needs.
