Warren gave a real deep tissue massage and the pressure was consistent throughout the massage. The hand and foot technique was amazing.

This place is highly recommended for those who has the money and looking for professional and on point sevice. This place deserve a 5 star rating.

The receptionist was both extremely friendly and helpful. I was made to feel truly welcome (service has improved). The RMT gave me exactly what I requested - a very deep tissue massage; truly unlocked my muscles and relieved pain

Jacqueline has now helped with two serious problems. She essentially eliminated the headaches that I was experiencing after a concussion. She alleviated the discomfort of restless leg syndrome and a painful thigh, probably related to sciatica. I have never experienced such a competent therapist.

It was a comfortable setting. Very good Massage and friendly people. No pressure to buy products or feel like I was in terrible shape and needed to come back immediately. Told about add one, etc... but not pressured to buy (even though I did)

I received the survey first and thought it was the extent of the "survey" so I shared my thoughts already. I would have preferred to just do the survey and not the review. I thought Rosylyn was an amazing RMT. She had a great table side manner and laughed at my jokes. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to relax, completely.

My husband and I have been looking for a convenient location spa. And we have decided to try Hand & Stone and tried the couples massage as my birthday treat. We called late in the afternoon and was lucky we got accomodated that same day. We were happy of the experience and were very satisfied of the service. We will do it again!
