Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

I usually go to Hand & Stone for massages. However, yesterday I tried their waxing service for the first time. I had Amy. She was amazing. She took time to explain exactly what she was going to do and the products she was using. She was careful and diligent. She made the waxing experience as pleasant as possible. She was friendly and caring. I loved Amy. Even though the membership discount isn't the greatest, I would still go back for Amy's service.

Hi, I have always had an issue with this location because of the massage therapists in the past. Douglas was amazing with my treatment so I enjoyed my visit and will go back again only to see Douglas.

My therapist, Jeri, was amazing at targeting my problem areas. She is always friendly and very professional.
