My experience was perfect. The ease of booking the appointment to the friendliness of the receptionist to the skill and professionalism of my RMT, Jeri, were all 10 out of 10! Jeri was extremely knowledgeable about how to treat my injuries and offered great advice on how I can continue at home treatments. The vibe at the studio was so relaxing and all the were staff amazing. I purchased a six massage package and have already recommended Hand & Stone to friends and family. Truly, above and beyond service and incredible value for the price...and I really like the add-ons that are offered! - Amazing! - Graham Purdy

Very pleasant and courteous staff. Nice environment and good value. My face felt great right after my treatment but quickly felt dehydrated again... so next time maybe I'll choose a different one. Angelica was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I really enjoyed my treatment, just need to find the right recipe for me.

Rosylyn is an exceptional massage therapist – one of the best I've ever worked with. She is kind, warm, and gifted in massage. I also always appreciate the friendliness of staff on site at Hand & Stone. In full disclosure, I don't always get the right information re. pricing and policies (there have occasionally been discrepancies that needed ironing out or clarifying); however, overall, I'm very pleased to be a member.
