My daughter is 11 and loved her experience. She wants to come back for an hour massage (vs 25 min), and she wants to focus massage on her neck, and a stronger massage next time. It was a very positive experience and the fact that she is telling me what she wants for next time means that it was a success!

Douglas was my massage therapist and I cannot say enough good things about the massage. I will definitely be back and will make sure to book with him again. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

this spa is very clean and massage are done perfectly every time i come this spa. I brought me motjer in law with me on my recent visit and she was also very happy with her massage. The only feedback i have is that noise from outside of the room can be heard during the treatment which can be distracting sometimes.

Very welcoming, friendly receptionist made me want to book an appointment! I was a walk in customer who was just dropping in to check out the services and was made to feel at home, relaxed and decided to book a massage.

From booking, to greeting at reception, to conversing with Lindsay (massage therapist) the experience at Hand and Stone was fabulous as usual. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and inviting. I leave the spa feeling relaxed and cared for which was the purpose of my appointment.
