The massage therapist was very flexible and took steps to meet my needs for relaxing and muscle message. I feel my posture has improved and I look forward to trying some of the techniques he showed me at home - e.g. stretching, etc. I respect his skills and knowledge of how the muscles perform and I am learning to take better care of my muscles as a senior citizen. Thank you!

Napier is attentive and extremely knowledgeable . He often asks how’s this pressure. He builds on previous work he asks if I want him to finish with my neck. He checks in with me all the time during massage.
