I have never had a bad experience at Hand & Stone. I have had various massage therapists and it is always a positive experience.

Angelica was thoughtful and efficient. The premises are quiet and clean. The table was snuggly warm. The massage parts were heavenly. I didn't really expect ancient skin to look much improved, so was not disappointed. Would come again if I didn't live in another city.

Very nice facility and good service provided by staff. The massage therapist (Lindsay) was truly amazing. She clearly enjoys her work and takes pride in it. This was the best, most relaxing, massage I've ever had.

The ambiance was very soothing and welcoming. The receptionist was cheery and tended to me right away. She offered me water and seated me. The wait time was fairly long as I arrived at least 15 mins before my appointment. However, having been accommodated on short notice, the wait time wouldn't effect my choice to return. The massage was worth the wait! I booked my next appointment! My only recommendations would be to use less pungent oils as they were quite strong smelling.

The estheticians I have had at this H&S spa are excellent at what they do - Ami and Julia have given me multiple treatments and I ask for them each time I book a treatment.
