Hand and Stone

Jacqueline is very diligent, competent, pleasant and capable. Specifically, she has used massage as a way to eliminate my severe headaches caused by a concussion. She tailored her massage to my problem. She responded to my detailed descriptions of my problem. I was very surprised that my headaches were relieved after one visit. I have been 4 more times when the symptoms start to reappear. I did visit Hand & Stone previously, some time ago, and was not satisfied with my massage. I hesitate to provide a name. I am so pleased that I have found Jacqueline.

Jeri (RMT) was great. The receptionist met minimum expectations drawing down the overall experience.

They were doing renovations, apparently in one of the stores below maybe Tim Hortons that’s why it was noisy. No fault of yours or the therapist.

I have always ask for lymphatic massages please implement some.

The therapist I usually see was not available on the day so I had to switch. The new therapist did an excellent job but just didn’t know me as well, which is expected. The rewards I earned could be better and the recent website update makes it harder for me to see how many points I have.

There are frequently loud sounds that seem to be just beside the room. Perhaps a washing machine on a spin cycle (which vibrates the table!) and the last time there were two people having a conversation, that seemed to come through the ceiling tiles. Some soundproofing would be much appreciated!
