Mainly the quality of the linens are cheap, extremely thin and not warm. The cover blanket is small like for a toddler and looks like something you get on an airplane or the dollar store. For a company that walls it self a “spa” I would expect higher quality linens. Also, the price increases are ridiculous and as a result we had to reduce the frequency of the visits. The add on services increases have also had us make changes as well.

I felt that a time was only one lady when I arrived and she was uptight.

Therapist amazing. Bunthom Noise from laundry room next to me plus people and kid(s) were too noisy making it difficult to relax.

My experience was wonderful. But I would not recommend Hand & Stone to someone else due to cost and pressure tactics to prepay packages or enrol in their monthly subscription

Based on my answers I think I WAS highly satisfied. I’m not sure why I’m being asked this question. Rosylyn is a fabulous therapist and I enjoyed my massage very much.

Price went up more this year which was unexpected.

The music in the room was too loud and I didn’t like hearing the songs on the washing/drying machines when they were finished. It wasn’t relaxing

There is always room for improvement. The massage therapist didn’t really take the time to learn anything about me.

I'm very satisfied with the service. The receptionist is amazing. My massage therapist is wonderful.
