Overall it was great, I was a few minutes late and it was the last appointment - I called ahead of time - but I think that time was lost.

Seems that actual time spent doing the facial was less than 50 minutes. Facial started at 10:45 and finished a little before 11:30. This includes time to change into towel wrap. Facial booked was for Oxygeneo, I thought this would result in at least a 1 hour facial.

I was satisfied with my experience. First prenatal

I purchased an extra 10 minutes to make my massage 60 minutes. The therapist was not informed, so my message ended after 50 minutes. As such, certain body parts (shoulders, arms) we not treated.

I like deep tissue Massage. my muscles were very tight. I didn't mention to the therapist to go harder. I will mention next time and try to come for frequently to loosen my tight muscles

The main reason is the price is steeper for a 50 min massage. A lot of comparable places in cost do 60 min. So I get 10 min less. But the location is more accessible and times available even late on weekdays so that helps me keep using the facility. Also, I like gentle music when massage and some therapists do not have music or its so soft can't hear. I could ask, but I'm shy and it's not a deal breaker. Just like spa music to relax.

The ambiance is generally okay. There’s nothing wrong with it, but can there be improvements- yes. Decor is okay. Water feature was a good touch. Scents would have been a big plus.

In terms of the facial, no matter how many add ons/upgrades, the length of the appointment stays the same. This doesn’t seem that right. I would’ve also appreciated better/more time on extractions.

It was supposed to be full body but my feet and hands were not massaged. The first few times I came they were.

It’s felt too clinical and impersonal. The therapist did not spent a lot of time on my problem area. It was tender but he had not techniques. He just stopped and moved on. There was no hot towel left for me after the session.
