Hand and Stone

Everything was satisfactory but nothing was extraordinary. I would have liked a bit more information about the next steps with my skin regarding my large and very obvious pores. The upgrade in the facial to the LED light etc. was a bit of a surprise and a bit expensive. Over all I'm satisfied and will continue to use services but not jumping up and down with praise.

Overall experience was good. I just wished the pain in my problem areas was less after the appointment. It was not the RMTs fault, I think I just need to go for treatment more frequently. Also I find the location to be quite dark, including the reception- I know it is important to have dark treatment rooms but the reception could be a tad brighter

The issue was discussed with the receptionist who was very understanding and compensated me accordingly.

I opted for full body massage however I am not sure if they work on upper body that is chest and abdomen region and bicep as I was not given anything over there

Miscommunication- I was not told that a scalp massage would be an additional charge, and that I was “upgraded” to a longer appointment time (unbeknownst to me). Clear communication such as “Would you like a scalp massage? It’s an additional (x) amount of dollars” would be appreciated.

The price for 30 minute massages is too much. Sometimes the appointments are not the full 50 minutes. Even if I arrive 5 minutes before the massage and can be ready ontimePerhaps I should try to arrive a little earlier though.

The reception team exudes professionalism and are customer experience focussed…on a consistent basis regardless of which rep assists me. Someone’s doing something right there! And then there are the RMT’s! Kazi and Christine are the reason my body is healing and that is helping my all around mental health. They seem to very experienced, knowledgeable and kind!

The price of the message is too high for the location and facility.

Wasn’t impressed with the stone massage it was my first time trying it

I was not highly satisfied as I have had 110% experiences at other massage centres at the same price point. this hand and stone location is close and would be convenient to me if more appointment times available. Not a fan of when places that run on appointments/ paid time do not acknowledge when they are running late or know by how much they are running behind
