The wait room isn’t very relaxing, I know it’s not a spa but the space could be better. The products used are not premium but then again, you get what you pay for.

While we of course all strive for perfection no such thing exists so I was pleased with experience however highly satisfied is not feasible!

Overpriced. Too many personal health questions asked on questioneer. Not relevant.

Prices could be somewhat cheaper relative to the lack of amenities available to clients

Online booking experience needs improvement. I have never been able to successfully login and book an appointment. Additionally the available times on the website are inconsistent with what's actually available when I call in.

The location (Leaside) is located next to a "Gymborie" indoor play area for kids. As a result the treatment room was very loud!

First massage with Therapist was great. Since then, pressure for targeted areas has not been the same.

Honestly it’s pretty expensive for a 50 minute massage. Especially since it’s 50 minutes including undress time and talking about issues. The hot stone massage was ok, but adding the additional expense vs a traditional one is not worth how much more it is

I have no concerns - it was a very good experience and I will be back. Greg is excellent. As a personal preference I prefer a bit more pressure. The girls at the desk were welcoming and organized.

It was my first visit and through research felt that you should pair up with the US H&S business and have a newcomer promo. Instead, to get any kind of break I had to join as a member and risk the forward cost of that. You're expensive. That said, I did enjoy the experince, just not "Highly" satisfied
