Hand and Stone

I told the receptionist it was a bad experience and that I had, had that RMT once before and it was equally bad and to please put a note on my file to not book me with him again. I would have rather had no massage than the one I endured and still had to pay full price. Since I’m a regular customer who comes almost monthly for four years and have never complained I feel my massage should have been compensated.

Although the receptionist was not pushy on the matter, the constant upsell for your subscription is tiresome

The visit met my expectations. To be highly satisfied, it would need to exceed my expectations.

I normally book less than an hour but I booked the full hour and ended up getting a little less than an hour .

Therapist took hands off several times. Prefer constant touch, if possible. Therapist did not always tell me what was coming up next during the massage. Overall, the ambiance, linens and towels as well as the greeter could have been more upscale/professional. Therapist did not follow up or say goodbye when I exited the room.

I had to wait a little extra but no big deal. The staff is friendly. Don’t like the attempt for more services during the treatment. Ask before.

I thought it was great, but to me highly satisfied means above and beyond. I feel that the experience was good, but didn't exceed my expectations.

Minor Issue: Waiting room could be larger to accommodate more clients awaiting various treatments.

Everything was fine. I would put HS if it was something above my expectations. Staff are very pleasant. Appreciated the massage therapist a great deal. She pays attention to what I need visit to visit. Wasn't able to renew my membership - something glitchy in the system.
