I utilized your services as my regular RMT was away. I prefer his services. The linens he uses. The calm from his office. That's all I have to say.

The price is expensive after the introductory massage, and the other thing is timing and it clashes with work schedule 9-5. I am also having pains after the massage so I cannot conclude what exactly happening, I have to research more about it why my body is sore and tired after the massage.

Pricing is quite steep. Also not a fan of the tipping culture when it comes to RMT services.

I love my massage therapist Wendy & she always does an excellent job. The only thing i disliked about my massage was that I could hear full-on conversations and laughter from whatever services were taking place next door or down the hall. So that part is not relaxing.

I was charged full price for massage but was told there was a special if i booked facial and massage. Instead of being charged $49.99 i was charged $89.95. The receptionist said she would leave a note for her manager.

Overall, it was fine. The therapist was super nice and gave a fantastic head massage. Just needed more on certain parts of the body.

I’m not certain the therapist reviewed my medical history. She didn’t ask any questions and after she finished the massage, there was no debrief. She just hurried out of the room. Didn’t wait for me to leave or anything. It made me feel that she had back to back appointments and was just doing a job that was in front of her.

Just a couple comments. The room was very cold the day of my appointment. There were a couple times that there was a bit too much oil as well.

Asked the receptionist / manager to change a $20 to 2 $10 so I could leave a tip ... they had no cash.

Slightly more expensive than comparable services.
