I was satisfied with my appointment because the service was good. I was a bit cold in the room, and offering a warm blanket or water bottle would have been great. The cucumber/lemon water at the front was nice however, due to Covid times it would be good to have contained water bottles.

The therapist seemed to be knowledgeable but I went for a massage, not a physio appt so did not need or appreciate the stretching. His intentions were good but I go for a relaxing massage to work out my kinks…to a point.

The therapist did not massage the way I like my bldy massaged. Chris is the best therapist and knows exactly how to massage using his hands, fingers and elbows. This is why my expectations werent exactly met this time with Napier

I had a few issues with booking. I booked twice & was cancelled the day of because something had come up for the RMT. Everyone was friendly about it, but was just disappointed about the double cancellation.

I have a very sore neck and back so it's often hard to gauge during treatment how much pressure is needed. The therapist did a great job, but in hindsight, a bit more pressure would have been even more helpful.

The massage therapist seemed rushed at the start and end of the appointment but otherwise all was fine.

I expected to fill out a form regarding COVID, but the receptionist told me H&S no longer was doing screening. In my opinion, I think dropping the screening is premature as a new wave of the virus is apparent this summer. After the mask application, a quick hand massage would have been appreciated while waiting.

I was relatively satisfied but I just felt like some aspects of the massage were expedited because of poor time management. And the discussion at the beginning of my massage didn’t really feel like it was thoughtfully addressed during the service, despite the massage being overall decent and relaxing.
