Was very disappointed that no one, including the reception staff and the massage therapist, were wearing masks. I will not be returning since this makes me feel like you haven’t prioritized protecting your staff and customers.

I was very satisfied. Perhaps I made a selection error !

Many of the questions lean more towards a y/n answer. The ambiance of the room is ok - not remarkable. Staff are always friendly.

After my visit was over, the receptionist didn't even look me in the eye when talking to me. It felt like she spoke to me without emotion, like a robot who rehearsed everything. I know she might say the same things over and over to other customers but looking you in the eye is least she could do. Also I don't appreciate being asked for tips. $112 for a 50min massage should cover that.

The pressure applied on my back is not enough. Maybe I should the message therapist on my next visit.

On two separate visits the staff were quite loud with their personal conversations. One from my room by reception,(thate door should be kept closed), the other from my room next to the laundry room. I was distracted from my relaxing massage. Thank you.

1. Too costly and not worth the value, esthetician was more of a sales person and she was not service oriented. Totall rip off. I already purchased a facial treatment for $90 and then she went on selling add-ons laser/microderma etc. without even answering what includes the facial I have paid for. Then she tried to sell her own spa business and products which is double the charge. Didn't feel refreshed/relaxed when some salesperson is talking to you non-stop about their business.

Highly Satisfied to me is above and beyond expectations. I seldom give this. I keep coming back here because I am satisfied and that's good enough for me.

I was initially told my promotional massage gift card had expired but I was not made aware of any expiry for the card (was not printed anywhere). Reception extended my gift cards to the end of the month but after my massage they kindly extended my second card to the end of July. Be more up front about expiry dates!

I asked for a relaxation massage. I did not want too much pressure. The massage therapist insisted that I need pressure to get rid of my stress. Today I can't move my neck. My neck is sore to touch. It hurt to sleep last night. My lower back also is killing me. Plus he massaged inside my ear. I am not comfortable with that type of massage. It felt very invasive. I felt my request and needs were not met.
