The appointment was not on time and I had to wait, this was not a big deal. I found wearing a mask during the massage itself to be uncomfortable. I also felt pressured and judged on the tip that I had decided on with the receptionist.

When I booked online the rate showed at $79 but when at the location I was charged more than that. It was closing time and I did not want to make an issue. So I walked out.

Massage was fine but I prefer a bit more deep tissue. Was effective but could have been a bit harder.

I specifically stated I preferred a male therapist because on balance they have stronger hands. Mine was available, which was fine but what was not was I was told by staff the therapist I would have was strong and I recall her saying nobody had ever previously mentioned lack of strength. The therapist provided was lovey and understood anatomy but had the weakest hands of a therapist I have ever experienced. It’s a shame expectations were so mismanaged. I would have chosen to use my birthday gift card another weekend.

Rosylyn Peralta was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. Best massage I have had in about 6 months. Will be booking another appointment with her in a couple of weeks. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

Prices for services have increased substantially and it makes it very difficult to afford regular treatments.

The motion of the massage was a bit jerky, not smooth and Continuous. I would return to this lotion with a different therapist

Roslyn was great, but I was in a lot of pain after the massage as opposed to relieving pain. To be fair, I have fibromyalgia, but many other therapists don’t se knowledgeable about the disorder

- The jell used for the massage was freezing cold when applied to make skin a number of times. -There was too much talking. The odd check in to see if the pressure is good is fine but always asking if the tension is gone from the spot she is working on was too much. She should be able to feel if there is tension in a specific muscle or tightness etc.
