The massage was "just ok". The pressure was too soft.

My massage therapist was lovely but I did not feel like she did much to remove the tension in my shoulders and back

I prefer more of a medical RMT experience. Also, the therapist was not allowed to address TMJ issues thoroughly. And while I looked for an 80 minute slot, I couldn’t find one to fit my schedule in a timely way

Your COVID 19 intake form was not allowing me to submit and took 10 minutes away from my massage time

Everything was perfect except for the massage oil. I’m used to lotion and this was a bit too greasy. I’m hoping lotion could be an option in the future.
