Hand and Stone

Certain products seem to be always out. In the past when I leave my name to be called when product comes in I don't get notification.

I do not have a specific reason for not rating highly satisfied. Overall the service was great and I enjoyed my experience. I would be happy to book another appointment.

I find the cost to be much higher than other studios. I understand you offer membership rates but I don’t want to commit to that, for a 50 minute massage at Hand and Stone, ($129) I can get a 90 minute massage for that cost at many other clinics

I was satisfied with my recent experience. I can’t tell that I was highly satisfied because I would reserve it for a service that would exceed my expectations.

Would like equal focus on my back and legs. It's hard to tell how much time has past as a client in order to request a change of focus and consistent pressure

If I clicked not satisfied that was a mistake. I was very satisfied.

Im fairly sure that I requested an introductory hot stone massage, but I got a great regular massage instead. Queenie was great, as well as the lovely lady at the reception. I should probably have clarified at the time, but I was simply too happy to get my first massage in almost 2 years :-)

The online booking system is not good at all and that is my preference for booking rather than calling. I also emailed for an appointment during the extra add on for foot or hand massage, two weeks ago and no one responded to my email so I missed the promotion. Reception is fantastic at this location, I will say that! Never been an issue there.

They forgot to add my birthday comp to my appt

Was very satisfied. The lack of any massage on the upper body, ie, front chest, Stomach and should/arm areas was disappointng, especially since I noted a rotator Cuff problem on both shoulders.
