For the cost and membership system, why don’t your people send receipts to insurance company?

I was highly satisfied with my full experience. The appointment was easy to book, and the reception was friendly and efficient. My RMT was very friendly and took the time to chat about my needs.

While a good experience it is not great. The membership is costly and more often that not tough to schedule time for sessions especially during COVID. therefore $ invested ahead of time doesn’t make sense

The only issue I had was my massage started close to 5-8 mins late but was completed a 1 minute before 50 minutes. Was disappointed because of that. I would have expected the therapist spent another 5 mins on stress point rather than rushing.

The room was a tad chilly. I didn't fill out the intake form online, so it took time out of the massage itself. Otherwise, fabulous!

I did not receive specific feedback about the two problems I came in with, although to be fair, I did not ask. The massage did help with them though so in the end, all was well.

I was not satisfied with my massage for two reasons: one I did not feel as though the area I explained as needing to be worked on was addressed properly. I still have the pain and actually felt more pain and pressure right after my massage. I also felt uncomfortable with the masseur and was not able to relax properly during my session.

Staff were loud and you could hear them from the massage room, making it difficult to truly have a relaxing experience.

It seems that the price went up. I was definitely satisfied with my experience. I have just had visits where I was more satisfied.

My initial appointment was double booked so upon arrival, I had to go back home very disappointed. They couldn’t find my name but eventually they did and apologized and I was booked for another day and time. I didn’t get a complimentary massage but had to pay, not even a discount for the time and gas I spent to get there.
