I was a bit cold in the massage room. The processes of booking the appointment was cumbersome as the person answering did not read my previous emails although this was not something that would deter me from visiting this establishment. The cost was high for me. I was very satisfied with my visit though and the staff and massage therapist were great.

Outside the massage room, another patron and her therapist talking outside loudly and for 5 mins plus. Difficult to relax with this

It was a bit chilly in the room and I wish I was offered a heated blank to put over my body when massaged.

During my massage I unfortunately can hear a lot of noise coming from either other rooms or reception area. It was hard at time to tune out the outside noise to relax and enjoy my massage.

I really enjoyed my massage. My massage therapist explained regarding my prenatal massage and made me feel at ease. I prefer the room to be more dimmed and warmer.

I wish I could've booked my appointment online. A little pushy to join the frequent buyers program you offer. Otherwise it was great.

I prefer to see all my therapists at one location so I can book massage followed by chiro. Do not like having to pay a covid additional fee.
