Masseuse was very mannered , accomadating and friendly but seemed new at his profession. Next time I will ask for a more experienced person. I needed to remind him several times to apply more pressure.

I have no complaints about the facility or the experience. I would have liked the therapist to apply more focused pressure on my neck...but it was my fault for not being vocal about it. Overall she did a great job and I found the experience very relaxing.

I didn't say that I'm not satisfied. I'm highly satisfied. Hygiene was very good, Overall I like the atmosphere and services of hand and stone facial and spa services

My first therapist had an issue, but it was quickly resolved and they found a much better therapist. The room is very noisy - you can hear the staff talking clearly and the noise/movement from the other businesses and street. I had booked on the phone and the receptionist confirmed that my promo offer, which was a special price and free aromatherapy was noted on my file. At checkout, the next receptionist offered me free aroma as an apology for the issues I had (so not really a gift!?!), and then didn't have any of the notifications on my file. Perhaps a better appointment intake process? Chris was a great therapist - thank you.

There was nothing wrong with the therapist AT ALL! His style was just not what I generally like. No issues at all, it’s totally a preference thing.

I think I could have used a longer session with the therapist. It was a new therapist I hadn't been to before, so there is that "breaking in" period of the client/therapist to know your body and history. As a person who has experienced massage for a number of years, I felt there could have been more pressure...which was eventually granted.

I was satisfied with every aspect of the massage.

It was all fine but there was no WOW factor, nothing above and beyond. The entire customer journey was fine -- it just was not outstanding.

Was given a bonus in time for my birthday, but the price for a regular massage had increased. Found out at the end. Also the massage therapists keep changing this was my third different person a the Leaside location. Would like to have the same person so they know my muscles etc.
