My 50 min massage was only 40 minutes, started late and ended early. Otherwise it was great.

The experience was fine. It's just not as spa-like as I like. The service was good, but wasn't totally happy with the colour of the brow tint.

Overall, a bit disappointed by the therapist. Not overly friendly (although very professional) and seemed to use a lot of the same movements during the massage that somehow did not fully relax the muscles. Not sure how to explain the gap but had other therapists in the past who did a better job.

I met Greg last year when dealing with some back issues. He is top notch, and he is always both welcoming and amazing at sorting out the knots in my back. He is reliable, friendly, and excellent at his job.

My experience was great. I just feel that the massage room should have a warmer ambiance.

I just found that the massage was a little rough and abrupt. When he moved a body part he kept just dropping it and he got oil on my mask. My body was super greasy and he kind of hurt my arm and then just said, “your right here” when I said it was too much. I didn’t want to put my head into the face pillow thing because it wouldn’t be comfortable with my mask on and he was a little rude about that. I wouldn’t book with him again.

Everything was very well done, especially during covid. Clean, quick and i felt comfortable.

would have liked more pressure, more focus on my main complaint

I felt very uncomfortable (hard to breathe) wearing a mask for the whole procedure while facing down in the head rest.

Two main points here. 1. It is customary in my experience for the therapist to see you off at the end of the massage and to ask how you are feeling after your session. The therapist essentially disappeared after he was done. Never saw him again! 2. I was going to schedule another appmt until I discovered the price was going to jump from $79.00 all in to over $100.00. I had been to another therapist about a week ago for a different issue and he was not available on Tuesday. His regular fee is $80.00 all in and thereafter.
