Hand and Stone

It was the therapist that I was not satisfied with. I have seen many at that location but I left this time feeling like I did not have a massage at all.

I usually can't come on the weekdays because of work, and my therapist is not available on weekends because of not enough room to accommodate. I would be better if she is sometimes scheduled on the weekends as well.

The massage was amazing! My massage time was pushed back (due to another client being late). While your reception said I could get my the whole time, I wasn't able to b/c I had to get to school to pick up my children. I cut it short by about 10 minutes. I Understand not the masseuse fault who was great but clients turning up late!!

It was a quick visit. I was satisfied with everything. One visit for a massage is not enough time to judge as highly satisfied

Everything was excellent but I would have liked the therapist to ask for some feedback during the massage. I suppose I could have offered information but we didn’t talk at all, just once when I initiated it and I felt a little awkward and didn’t want to seem critical. She was a very polite, quiet lady. Nice person. Good job just not the best massage I’ve ever had.

I'm not sure I received the full 50 minute treatment for this particular visit even though I did arrive to my appointment early.

The reception area is too chaotic and not organized. People booking appointments, people checking in, filling out forms, people paying and only one receptionist. Way too hot in reception area and treatment room.

The person giving me the massage did not speak very good English and it was therefore quite difficult to understand her advice and explanation of my muscle concerns

I felt the massage therapist was pleasant and had a calm energy. I've had better massages but he was still quite good.

Receptionist did not inform me that I had to fill out the forms again due to the length between appointments. If I had known this I would have shown up earlier so my massage time wasn’t cut into.
