The services are just okay for the financial commitment. Better to have more flexibility without the membership. People are lovely But tough to be committed to the memberships Have been a member for almost two years and have only come approximately six times. Sandy

I was satisfied with hand and stone experience as I always am. There are no complaints but nothing that puts it above average when I compare it to other massage service experiences I have. What keeps me coming back is the quality of massage I get from Jerry and previous therapists I have had.

Would appreciate to be able to have samples of product used on my face and be able to buy it in future if Suitable for my skin

I have had a number of massages at many different clinics/salons. While I was quite satisfied with my experience snd will come back, I did not feel it was significantly better than others I have been at.

No desire to buy products. No receptionist when I arrived. Reception felt like medical appointment. Massage room ditto

I don't know how it's possible that you use products and no one knows ingredients or can look them up. I'm very allergic to Aloe and it's on my file, but the therapist hadn't been made aware, and she had no idea if any of the products are aloe-free. She took over 10 minutes trying to find out, and I was still charged for this time.

I’ve called to talk to management without getting a call back about an issue I’ve had. It is not due to the staff working at the location as they are all respectful and professional. Also, I am still trying to find a massage at hand and stone that gives a deep tissue massage.

Signage from the parking lot was very unclear. Had to drive around a few times to find where it was and then had to ask another business where the entrance was.

I consider HIGHLY SATISFIED as a VERY HIGH BAR......Basically I was quite satisfied with both of my treatments. Kazi is always great....so I am certainly satisfied with him. I basically had no specific problems so I did not see any results. I was so sastisfied by the way that I booked 2 of your "bring a friend" tickets.
