Satisfied with treatment Some difficulty communicating with therapist

I would prefer if the massage therapist didn't talk throughout the massage. They are super friendly, I just prefer to take that time to think and be in my own world.

Ambience could have been more relaxing - waiting area and massage room. Receptionist was soooo friendly but sometimes over communicated which lead to some confusion.

It's rare that I discuss preferred massage places with friends so would not recommend in 90 days due to that. The massage itself was good, although we started late and the time was not made up at the end.

Massages seem to always start a few minutes late, but always end right on time.

I LOVE jerri, so I think that it is hard to live up to my standards with another masseuse. That being said, some of the usual etiquette and consistency with pressure were lacking. There was also a smell in the room. Sometimes, the room will shake and is noisy when near the washer.

The atmosphere was great, and booking was easy and convenient.

Booked a massage and a facial but Waited a lil longer for my next appointment. But overall experience was great.

Oh I really love hand and stone ! One reason why I didnt give highly is so i can still get excited to go back for services :)

The rmt was great; no issue there. It doesn’t feel like a spa; rooms are somewhat cramped which detracts from the experience. A sauna or hot tub area would improve the effectiveness of massage and overall ambiance.
