The therapist was great. The music wasn’t relaxing (instrumental but not tranquil) and the massage oil didn’t have that typical gorgeous spa fragrance. You can clearly hear others talking in the hall and adjourning rooms. So while everything was perfunctory, the experience wasn’t memorable or tranquil. Just got the job done. Is that what you’re going for?

It was excellent.

Called in advance for being 10 minutes late. Would've preferred to not been charged for the full 1-hour massage as it was not 1 hour in length. Despite this being my delay.

Customer service is excellent. Had a different massage therapist, very good. Receptionist was amazing and very accommodating with all my schedule for my next visit. Looking forward for my facial and my next massage..!

The services were very good, but they’re on the expensive side. There’s a big jump between the introductory price with the regular price. Helpful to keep the price lower

I am used to a different style of massage with more aggressive trigger point release. Greg’s was still somewhat effective, just not as effective as I am used to.

I communicated on the form that I would like firm pressure, I also communicated when I met Susan that I would like a firm sport type massage. She then said she would start with a little lighter pressure to start to warm up the body, then go firm as I requested. I never recieved the firm pressure massage I was looking for and didn't really feel like I had received a massage when we left.

The waiting area was overcrowded. There were computer glitches which kept a backlog at reception. I had booked a 90 minute massage but was scheduled for only 50 minutes. It was fine in the end, as it was my first time with this therapist, so I did not want to commit to a long massage if I wasn’t fully satisfied.
