Hand and Stone

There were people in the other room who were laughing and talking very loud. I couldn't even hear the background music on the speakers. The massage was great but the noise made it very annoying and I was unable to relax.

Some therapists are better than others and can be hit or miss.

I felt gentle "pressure" to up grade my basic massage to a micro abrasion or some kind of peel. Also following the treatment I experienced a tingling and numbness at the edge of my lips. The esthetician claimed it couldn't have had anything to do with her. Never happens. Pure products. etc Felt she was dismissing my feeling. "maybe from having my head down during massage" In fact, it could have been a not sterile cover during the massage- next day the tingling has subsided but area is still tender--note- I do not get cold sores but this feels like the beginning of one according to descriptions I have read. BTW the Massage with Christine was super!!!

In general more personalized service would be great since I do return and have a membership.

It was a very good experience beside a couple of very small glitches.

I have had many great experiences at Hand and Stone. However the most recent massage was not the best. The massage felt very rushed and not enough pressure applied even after I mentioned it to the therapist.

it's actually the previous experience. Management did not inform me that my membership had been cancelled, did not return my calls for a week or more.

I indicated my facial sensitivity to certain products on my paperwork, and the estitician, and yet later that evening my neck was itchy and broke into a rash from the product she used on me.

Had to start my appointment with some pressure points on my wrists and hands, which I didn’t find helpful and would have preferred not to have.

Nothing really I just really picky on the style of massage. All good
