AS A MEMBER I RECEIVE EMAIL WITH NOTED LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY. WHEN I CALLED TO BOOK IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EMAIL BEING RECEIVED I CALLED AND HAD TO LEAVE MESSAGE. MY CALL WAS NOT RETURNED FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS AT WHICH TIME ALL APPOINTMENTS EXCEPT 1 WERE BOOKED. I TOOK THE LATER APPOINTMENT AND THEN HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES AS THEY WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE. THE MESSAGE ITSELF WAS NICE , BUT NOT QUITE AS RELAXING AS I HAD HOPED.

Carry products to support massage therapy treatment at home. Essential oils, heating pads, rollers, etc.

Amy gives excellent facials. She is able to do extractions with a light hand so it does not hurt. Soft tone of voice, music, ambience and quiet were all great.

I asked for a relaxing experience and to focus on legs and shoulders. While the areas were focused on it was more of an acupressure massage that was a bit painful which I voiced. It would have been fine if I wanted deep tissue massage

I was surprised that the therapist commented on my recent weight gain. It wasn’t a negative comment and they didn’t mean harm by it but I would remind therapists that it’s an akward topic to discuss when your on a massage table. I didn’t want to embarrass them at the time of the massage because we were having a nice conversation but I was surprised that it came up.

Price, 60 minute time slot was less than 60 minutes in regards to massage

My massage was booked for 50 minutes & he finished 5 minutes early!

In general, the experience was very satisfying. The highlight of my experience was the massage therapist who applied a very good pressure and spent time on resolving any tensions in my back. There was a small altercation between a client and another massage therapist while I waited for my massage. The staff handled the situation profesionally, but it obviously made me worry a little about my massage therapist.

I was highly satisfied.
