During my Massage I could hear quite a bit of noise from outside of the rooms, which I had never experienced before. I'm not sure if it was staff chatting in the staff room, I can't imagine it being other guests talking to their RMT. It was a little distracting & didn't make me feel completely relaxed.

My first massage with Doreen was amazing. She did my whole body. The second massage was way too hard. She continued to use heavy pressure after I asked her to lighten up. I hurt today.

I will be back to meet with Jerry the therapist. HE did a fantastic job helping my neck issue. Overall...with the new owners I find that the ambiance is not as welcoming. No water upon checkout to take with you as before. Also ...mints were replaced with chocolates in the waiting area. Mints were a nice touch especially when your staff are dealing with customers having facials etc.

Some aromatherapy, candles, etc would enhance the experience. Choice of lotions would also be a nice touch.

Massage was great! Your prices are always very reasonable and I love that I can usually call Hand & Stone to get an appointment on short notice. Your receptionist listened to my needs and matched me with a great therapist.

Needing a credit card to book my appointment is unnecessary and a waste of time. My husband had to come in and book my appointment in order to be able to hand over his credit card.

I booked the intro offer- was not aware that they booked me for a 60 min massage instead of 50- was not expecting an extra 15$ charge on top of my visit for 10 extra minutes. This should be explained better so customers are not caught off guard with extra costs they were not aware of

I have limited time and love that you offer same day short notice cancellations -I wish I could book in advance, but being in health care, my days and schedules change constantly-as a result I can not book with provider .I love (Kazi) and now his time is limited. I like trying different RMT's and each has strengths and weaknesses. Each offers different techniques but Kazi is absolutely the most efficient for my needs and unfortunately our schedules conflict. Jeri is awesome as well but his approach is very different though effective.
