The message was not 100% to my liking. The therapist did not check in and ask if it was ok and I felt it was not therapeutic

Booked appointment over phone. As I would not give my credit card info (your system is NOT secure) by appointment was not secured. However, I was told that if someone booked the time I would be called. I showed up at my appointment time (next daY) and discovered that I no longer had a time. My information was taken and I was told that the owner/manager would call me. I never heard back. As a gift I was given prepaid 6 sessions. I will not be preparing going forward nor will I allow my credit card information to be in your system. Is is NOT secure, regardless of what staff have said. My cards have been hacked several times . I understand you want to ensure that you are paid for missed appointments thus the credit card in system. But there is no way you ensure the data is secure. If Hilton and Hyatt can't secure data, you certainly can't. Otherwise the staff have been amazing and have had to massages there be different therapists and both have been great. It's your payment policy that will keep me from renewing

Very satisfied would be nice if there was a relaxation area to use after the massage do you don’t have to leave right away... maybe have a tea or coffee

In order to be Highly Satisfied it would have to be an extraordinary experience. It was fine but not extraordinary. No complaints.

I was very satisfied. The only negative was value for money, but there are few clinics with better value, even though the cost is higher than desirable.

Even though I asked to focus on back, the therapist spent not more than a min on my legs and arms where also I needed. Also feet where not addressed as much may e 10 seconds. In other spas the feet are so important.

Price is a higher compared to other offices but I booked here due to availability. Also so not interested in the sell in the subscription service as it offers no value to me and is unreasonable

Your head rest covers are old and unsatisfactory. You could use better linens/blankets

The RMT was excellent, however the music arubtly cut out more than 5 times during my 50 min massage. When the music returned, it was even a different piece of music which contributed to a jarring effect, to what was otherwise a relaxing massage. When I told the receptionist she just said she would look into it.

I feel that satisfied is an excellent review. Highly satisfied would be something I would leave to a higher end spa with more amenities. Your location is very clean, your staff are friendly and helpful and Jeri is One of the best therapists I have ever been to that is why I continue to return and also have started coming for regular facials.
