The Leaside Location knows me and is always friendly. I often am looking for appointments at the last minute and they are willing and supportive in finding me what I am looking for with my very busy therapist. The location is always clean and welcoming. The only comment I would make is that sometimes the people speaking in the hallway are a bit loud and can disrupt my massage.

Lisa and her reception team always take excellent care of us anytime we visit! Booking apportionments, check in and check out is flawless and effortless. We are made to feel very welcome and are always greeted with a warm professional embrace! Also,Fred is phenomenal! He has to be one of the best RT’s I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my life. He listens keenly to my needs and actually takes the time to work on trouble spots and resolve aces and pains. I recommend hand and stone to anyone who will listen because the staff truly makes the experience one myself and my family look forward to. Keep up the great work hand a stone team you guys rock!
