Hand and Stone

Massage therapy is hit and miss at this location. Each therapists hands are different, I've had over 6 different therapists and not one exactly hit the zone of my lower back. Having said that, all the experiences were pleasant.

It was not explained to me that my FEET were not included.

Hard to find the time to go, so last minute and try to get a good time. Different therapists so not sure what to expect. Deep tissue hard to find.

Does the 50 minutes include the time you take to undress and get onto the table.

I feel if I say 'satisfied' that means I did not have any specific problems and was satisfied.

I have visited the Laird location a number of times and have always been pleased with the service provided and the warm welcome from everyone there.

My massage was excellent. It was a trigger point massage and I will request Ryan again as he was skilled at working out my significant knots. In spite of having received many massages it feels as if he worked on knots that have been there for years My facial was very good. I have not been for a facial at H&S for awhile because my favourite estheticians has left and I was not happy with the ones left. Ami was very good though so I was satisfied. My face felt great leaving the facial. The next day however the results didn’t seem to last; I still feel as if I have a layer of skin to be exfoliated and remaining irritation and am still quite dry.

It was really good! I wish You could book online by just choosing an available time slot instead of emailing a preference and having to go back and forth. It would be great to have a tool to just click on available time and sign up!

i was satisfied but the only recommendation i have is emailing us the receipts instead of giving a paper receipt. its easier to submit my insurance claim when i can just forward them my receipt instead of scanning/faxing. hopefully you guys open a location in port elgin. we have a lot of people looking for rmt's up here.
