Hand and Stone

The therapist could have asked for about the areas I was concerned with. Could have spent a little more time on those areas. The table was a little creaky during the massage (a little distracting).

Actually i'm highly satisfied with hand and stone experience, but this time I selected the stones massage after that I feel I need trigger massage, so I want to go there as soon as possible for trigger massage

Has the spa changed their product line? Shortly after my treatment, my skin felt tight and extremely dry. I’ve never experienced this before after a facial here, and I have been coming fairly regularly. Just curious if these are new products or perhaps not suited to my skin type? Went home and applied my own moisturizer and eye cream to relieve the discomfort. Unusual!

I considered 'highly satisfied' to be the rating for 'over the top', above and beyond, best ever experience. This was very good, but not my 'best ever' massage.

I was satisfied with my overall experience and appreciated my time there. It was a pleasant experience but hoping to get a bit more out of my experience next time.

Therapist didn’t focus on areas I asked to work on any more than other areas. Although massage was good.

It was a good experience overall. Reception lost my paperwork but were able to find it after a few minutes. Appointment started slightly late. I asked the therapist to spend the bulk of the time on my back and glutes but it felt like she just moved on at her normal routine. Little extras like a glass of water after the massage would be nice. Or a choice if massage oils maybe. But, overall, still a very pleasant experience.

Very professional

The appointment started 10 minutes late. The air was muggy/stale - not only in the massage room, also in the reception area. It was like they had a humidifier on too high.
