I had a scheduled 50 min massage. I arrived in the room at 10, was given instructions, changed clothes and started the massage at 10:05. Therefore, I recieved a 45 min rather than 50 min massage. Changing time and instructions should not be included in the 50 min.

I had no issues with the services that were provided. With it being my first time, I was happy with everything and am looking forward to book another appointment in the near future.

Reception area is small and tends to get crowded. As part of the massage experience a sauna or steam room need to be available ..this helps with the relaxation process and softens tense muscles. .

I was satisfied however I would like sometimes a scented oil, but have never been given the choice, also, some therapists don’t touch feet or clavicle area and these are enjoyable elements for me

A lot of staff changes, and always new faces. We've been clients for quite some time and things always seem to change where we have to remind them. We generally do not have a preference of who we get, but they always seem to change and we sometimes get switched around quite often. The receptionist can do a better job and look at our history to see if we would prefer to stay with the therapist we've been seeing or seeing another one.

I couldn't find the entrance so I called but no one answer. I ended up circling the plaza for 5 minutes so I was late for the appointment. The appointment itself was fine but I didn't feel it helped that much afterwards.

Location is great but therapist did not address areas I had asked her too. Spent too much time on areas that I didn’t specify

The massage started a little late, but finished right on time. I wasn't exactly watching the clock, but I'm pretty sure it was only 45 (vs 50 minutes)
