Too much oil used. The therapist did a great job otherwise.

Not sure about the value for money given the increase in price recently. Haven't found a therapist that is perfect for me.

The stair to get to their. The air quality in the reception area is somewhat heave. All the water in the reception has things (fruit etc.) in it the I can not have for heath reasons. What do all spa places have against H2O. Is anyone but an actual alumni interested in alumni magazines? It make you feel like you are in a doctor’s office with nice decor. I always try to spend as little time as possible in your reception room.

Said I wanted a full body treatment but he didn't allot the time for it, spending too much time on one area, instead of releasing tension throughout body.

For this appointment, I was not overly satisfied simply because my appointment did not start on time. I also wish maybe there was soothing music playing during the appointment.

There was confusion about the add-ons to my appointment. The therapist didn't know I had added the extra 10 minutes (from 50 mins. to 60 mins.) and I also added a foot treatment that I didn't receive.

I found the two reception staff not friendly did not offer me any upgrades and just chatted with each other. They were complaining about a work issue with each other.

The therapist was very good. The reception area and the massage room could have more aroma therapy and the reception room is clean and with water but too many products for sale. I’d like it calmer .
