I was highly satisfied with the experience. If a friend needs a massage in the neighbourhood, I will definitely recommend it.

The massage room felt old and not up to date. The towels seemed overly used and the linens were kind of rough and dry. I did not feel fully comfortable. My therapist provided a good massage but had the sniffles which was distracting and unpleasant.

just dont like the product push at each appointment...

I had a great overall experience at hand and stone. My one complaint is that the massage therapist had a sharp fingernail that scratched my neck while focusing on that area.

I picked an appointment time that was going to be hard for me to meet up with but I was in pain so couldn't pick another day. Got there late as I anticipated and lost some of my appointment time. I understand it was a set time but that's my reason anyway.

Satisfied for me is getting what I expect. No comments on the product (neither satisfied or dissatisfied) is only a reflection that the product used was as expected

I think the place is very nice. The massage was ok. I found it a bit inconsistent. Would massage one hand but not the other for example. It was a great price for the introductory offer

- Would be nice to be able to see my balance on my account anytime (ie. login online or an app)

There was an abundance of oil used- way too oily for me. Pressure was a bit too hard, but adjusted by the RMT, which was acceptable. But after that I found myself tending up in anticipation of the next parts of the massage being too hard.
