The tracking of previous purchases ('Christmas in July') gift cards I had was not consistent. I called and tried to 'gift' one for my husband's use in October, and he was charged full price. I was almost charged full price after my massage, until a 2nd admin staff corrected the mistake, despite my mentioning this in the pre-booking, and trying to clarify upon check-out. Aside from some of the staff not being educated on costing/promotions, it was great service. Just a bit frustrating to have to explain it over again.

The RMT I was booked in with was no longer available when I arrived for my appointment (she was injured, I totally understand). The replacement that was offered to me was definitely sub-par and not as good as the person I was originally supposed to see. I had muscle stiffness in my back and let the replacement know. He worked on my back but somehow made it much worse and I've had consistent pain/soreness since I left the appointment (for 1.5 days now).

No music on during massage never had that before. Weird being a double room for a single massage. Love if bed is prepared or a heated sheet when first nsked

I was satisfied.

I was satisfied with my service, however I would have liked a more personable introduction before starting the appointment. I did not know my therapists name.

The washing machine was in the room next to my massage room and it shook the room and the bed and rattled things in the room. This was very disconcerting when paying for a relaxing massage.

I have met 3 massage therapists and out of the 3, one is absolutely fantastic. I know it personal preferences but I feel the other 2 therapists were too quick to finish off an area they were massaging.

One session there was a class downstairs and it was very noisy and difficult to relax. Another session I could feel the vibration of the washing machine on the floor in the room I was in.

I arrived early for my appointment and I was not only not taken on time, but I was kept waiting for quite some time. Additionally, the appointment felt a bit rushed as I know my therapist had another massage right after mine.
