Massage was very good. When I paid, the receptionist was unable to give me my receipt as the massage therapist was unable to sign it. I had still not received the emailed receipt at 6 pm and called requesting it. The receptionist should be aware that each receipt requires a signature, so she should ensure it is signed before the therapist begins the next massage. It was most inconvenient for me.

Joanna was great. Felt comfortable and at ease as it was my first time doing a full body massage. Would definitely book again to see her.

My therapist made me feel uncomfortable talking about how I shouls have more children. Saying better to stay home than work. He went on ans on about it and it was inappropriate

The facial was very nice and effective the next day. I was a bit disappointed in not receiving a facial massage after the mask. Usually that is the best part for me. Otherwise my experience at Hand and Stone was lovely

The massage therapist applied a lot of pressure and I should have told him to be more gentle so it was really my fault.

The facial was unorganized. The esthetician thought I was someone else (until she finally checked the computer) and kept telling me I needed sensitive products for redness because my neck was red. My neck was red because I was laying on my front for the hour before having a massage.

I prefer online booking options. Other spas have a bio on the therapists which gives you an idea of their experience and also their methodology.

Had booked both a hand and foot treatment but there was a schedule conflict and they could only do one. Found out when I arrived.
