Was pretty much highly satisfied. Similar to surveys done in my work, I would give highly satisfied if all expectations were exceeded. I had zero complaints and was very happy with the experience overall.

massage therapist was terrible. have had way better massages for the amount paid. was like a junior giving a massage. didn't address my needs that i asked her to do when we discussed my issues. won't be going back.

Last minute delay in the start of my apppointment. No one explained the cost structure, nor about the bundling, joining options, etc. They treated me like someone who had been there before. Very courteous but no "beginners lessons".

My wife was not told that her booking for our "one hour massages" meant that we had to pay extra for 10 minutes eazch. I feel that massages should be scheduled as 1 hour appointments, not 50 minutes. Note: I stated that the service was good value because I received a promotional price that was emailed to me. The regular price for 50 minutes is an average price, not high or low from my point of view.

Overall it was a good experience. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the spa, it is very well set up. I felt the massage could have been a bit better, but I probably should have said something in the moment, but for a deep tissue massage, I felt it should have been deeper. Otherwise, overall a great experience and I appreciated being able to book last minute! Excellent availability!

I like the ease of making appointment and hours open. Therapists are hit and miss. I need deep tissue to make a massage worth while. Some just are random swedish massage pressure without structure or balance to the treatment of my muscles or areas.

The receptionist asked 5 rapid fire questions immediately upon my arrival and didn't listen to my responses. She was awkward, didn't listen and set an uncomfortable vibe.

When I presented my Way Spa certificate after my treatment, the girl at the desk advised me that you do not accept Way Spa certificates. I mentioned that the person who booked the appointment said you do accept them. She checked and came back with someone else who helped her process the certificate. She should have apologized for saying it was not accepted. Then they took the first time discount off and I advised them that this was not applicable for these certificates and I would like to save my first time discount for another time. When I made the appointment, I was advised the above information which was very helpful. The front desk staff seemed very young and not mature enough to handle this situation.

They were running 20 minutes late. We had our massage booked for 2pm and arrived at 150pm we were not seen until 220pm.
