Hand and Stone

I ended up leaving my appointment with a sore neck. The severe pain/discomfort lasted 2 days.

The staff is amazing and I always leave with an amazing feeling and fresh.

The massages are good value. The staff is pleasant, the place is clean. The whole experience though is not anything to write home about. It's not my favourite place to get a massage, but that's ok! I always leave feeling better.

Therapist was a bit familiar with comments. He was professional but some ppl might have felt comments were borderline He has excellent technique tho.

Quite satisfied sometimes feel like the appt doesn't start on time and ends too soon... sometimes have to experience different therapists to get the ones who do strong thorough massages like I prefer.. some people skip feet altogether too which I find unusual.

I would have been happier with a little more pressure but probably my fault as I didn't speak up

I thought my massage was very satisfactory. The message table was a bit uncomfortable for me, and there was no quite room. Other then that my experience was good.

Great masseuse. I'm always confused by your 50 min pricing. Seems a bit silly that an hour is that much more.

Still felt tension in upper back when I left. Hot stone massage didn't help as I had hoped. Hands on seems to work better for me.

There is limited availability of female masseuses after work hours
