Hot stone massage very disappointing.

Would have been nice to have herbal tea instead of just water as an option for drinks.

I believe that higher quality sheets and hardwood or laminate floors, anything but the carpet would significantly improve the ambiance and the overall eXperience. Carpet makes it feel a bit like a living room and sheets feel like they are synthetic, not so nice on the skin.

Again, overall a totally great experience. The massage itself was super effective (totally concentrated on the areas in need). I have experienced more spa-like treatment at other spas, that I would rate highly satisfied, only because they may have other amenities (such as a change room, steam room, etc.).

I could hear people in the next room. The space seemed a little too clinical for my liking.

I have no real complaint about the service i received but rather the price. Compared to a few other places I've been, its quite pricey for what you get. The only reason why I had the massage was because i had a gift card. I was disappointed to hear that I was not able to receive the "member" price using my GC. Im not sure what the difference is using a GC or credit card to pay the membership. Its not like i have to commit to a certain amount of months using my CC. My husband purchased the GC for me but I have informed him to not make another purchase as it will be cheaper to "buy" into a membership simply by using a credit card to hold appts. Unless this policy changes where I can use my $500 GC to get member pricing, I think after the amt is used up I will find other places that have a more fair price.

the head rest on the table was wrapped with a "textured" cloth that was rather rough- also too invasive of the face as made eyes feel uncomfortable as well restricted comfortable breathing. This is the only massage therapy that was odorless - ironically i applaud your ability to do this as i live with someone that is very sensitive to scent - oddly i missed the scent - like one small thing was missing

Felt a little bit of sales job during the facial.

The therapist was new to me - it wasn't anything personal, the massage was not as good as I've had in the past. It was fine and he showed me exercises to do.
