I wasn't sure the cloth covering the head rest was "new". It seemed worn? Is it changed for each client? Accidentally a drop of oil got into my right eye and it took a day for it to clear up. I was worried that it might cause conjunctivitis but outside of blurry vision, runny nose and some discomfort there were no lasting effects. I returned to show the receptionist who was most caring. The actual massage was fantastic and K. took care and definitely helped with my arm and shoulder issues. I will be happy to come back to him again.

The estheticians don't stay for long periods of time and it is frustrating to start with a new one every few months.

We keep getting booked for 60 minutes, then treatment goes on for 50. We still get billed for 60. This has happened on numerous occasions to the point where I have to be very watchful about what I get billed. Luckily the receptionist is very understanding and will adjust our bills. I am still waiting for my invoice which I was told I would receive but have not yet. So there is no continuity in service unfortunately. We've had issues with finding available times and then issues with the billing. So definitely it's a place we go because it is convenient, but not because we enjoy the service unfortunately. I am not trying to point fingers, but rather give an opportunity to the clinic to better their services to maintain their clients.

There is no soundproofing in the rooms and a conversation next door could be heard word for word. Not at all conducive to a relaxing environment. Music rather loud, possibly to mask the voices that could be heard. Room should be warmer not just a hot blanket.

Its too pricy for the no ambiance look and feel. If Im about to spend $100+ there has to be more atmosphere. Earlier they wld give you a bottle of chilled water as soon as you were done with massage. This time they asked if I wanted water?

massage room was not fully sound proof, could hear doors closing and people murmuring in the background.
