I was highly satisfied with this experience due to the expertise of my massage therapist. Not only is she friendly and pleasant but I have started coming specifically for her as she really listens and addresses my concerns and overall applies the bet pressure when needed. I find she listens to my thoughts and effectively adjusts the service to what my body needs. She is highly effective when it comes to the service she is providing while providing friendly and caring customer care.

Client for many years and would never go elsewhere.

The therapist confirmed at onset of appointment what my needs for that session were. He addressed the problem area very effectively, much to my relief.

Massage was excellent and catered the massage to the areas I had indicated were very tight. I was also happy I could get an appointment day-of.

I clicked a dissatisfied by accident and meat to click highly satisfied. I have been going to Hand & Stone locations since 2018. Since, 2021 I have been going to Leaside location. I see Frankie as he does a bit deeper massage and knows how to unlock my muscles.

Joyce is just great. I have recommended her to others. I always feel relaxed afterward. She takes time on any areas that I may specify or a wonderful relaxation massage if I have no problem areas. Washroom is alway neat and clean when I need to use it. Reception staff are very helpful and can can answer my questions especially regarding g my membership.

1. The RMT is excellent - right pressure, clearly understood my needs. 2. Ease of booking - a range of available appointments in times that worked for me. 3. Ease of payment - my wife and I share a package of pre-paid massages which saves time and money.

I have limited finances but I believe the price and benefit of it is worth the service. Joyce provided an amazing and professional service. I will try my best to budget for this in the future.
