Friendly staff, excellent experience.

Overall, when I phone to book an appointment, the staff are easy to communicate with. Front desk staff are friendly and I really like having the lemon water after a massage. The therapists do a good job of asking questions to help focus the therapy

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone massage (Laird Ave location) and every staff member was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and curated an environment that was relaxing. My massage therapist (Vicky) was phenomenal and made the whole experience worth it! Overall I was extremely satisfied and will absolutely return again.

Kazi was extremely good. I definitely will come back and plan to have a massage monthly with Kazi.

The service was great. My therapist Greg was excellent as always. He focused on the areas I requested and even told me a few stretches to help relieve the pain.

I’ve been a member for a few years now and plan on continuing my membership. Greg and Ami are excellent professionals and very knowledgeable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
