First of all, I think Matt is a wonderful massage therapist. He listens and try’s to address my concerns, is very thoughtful. The facilities are always clean and and I feel very comfortable.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly environment. The esthetician is highly qualified, informative, gentle with her hands, and very trustworthy with her recommendations of the special products for my sensitive skin. Excellent experience!

I had previous poor experiences with H&S (reception and therapist) which made me consider cancelling. Wendy and Rosylyn are fantastic therapists. Also the front reception staff are collaborative, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a big difference from this time last year.

I have always found this Hand and Stone, friendly, clean and with excellent RMT that are effective and work on areas that are discussed with knowledge of the treatment. I will definitely consider the monthly prepaid package.
