Very happy that I was able to book for the same day, the local massage place could only book me in for a time in one week. The place was very tidy, well-kept and welcoming.

First of all, I think Matt is a wonderful massage therapist. He listens and try’s to address my concerns, is very thoughtful. The facilities are always clean and and I feel very comfortable.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly environment. The esthetician is highly qualified, informative, gentle with her hands, and very trustworthy with her recommendations of the special products for my sensitive skin. Excellent experience!

I had previous poor experiences with H&S (reception and therapist) which made me consider cancelling. Wendy and Rosylyn are fantastic therapists. Also the front reception staff are collaborative, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a big difference from this time last year.

I came in very stressed and left feeling relaxed and well. The masseuse was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back for a massage with her again.

I have had massages and facials at H&S and have been very satisfied with the quality of the treatment and the service. The location is perfect with free parking, the actual spa is very comfortable and the staff are always friendly.

In the booking confirmation email sent I'd recommend to add the option to add to the calendar, it would be very helpful.
