All interactions with the receptionist and RMT were friendly, helpful and responsive. Premises were clean, RMT was wearing a mask made me feel less concerned about catching COVID

I was able to find a good quality RMT, Rosalind. She has amazing strength and good accuracy in pressures points to fix my muscle tightness and back pain. I continue to go back to her every time I get a massage

Friendly staff Excellent Therapist Clean and fresh environment

My therapist was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my requirements and was mindful of the areas I said were sensitive. She told me what she was going to do throughout the visit. I left very satisified. My only complaint would be that the bed warmer was already on when I arrived. This made the bed extremely warm on a 28+ degree day. I would have preferred if it was off and I could have requested it to be turned on if I needed it. It made the first 15 minutes of my visit uncomfortably warm.

Aesthetician gave a very good facial, shoulder and arm massage. Also, she focused on cleansing and moisturizing my face.

Therapist is great but the costs are continuing to go about so might not go as frequent.
