The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. he recalling me booking my appointment over the phone this out me at ease immediately. Kazi the massage therapist did not ask many questions but he got the jest of why I needed treatment and did exceptional work on the areas of most need. I felt amazing after my massage and I did not hesitate to enroll in a membership, I will return soon and I have already mentioned the satisfaction in Hand & Stone services overall to my friends and family. My son may go for a massage sometime soon

Fred was amazing and helped to resolve a long-term issue I had. Not pleased that masks were NOT worn in the reception area.

I work as a server and am on my feet all day, carrying heavy plates and glasses. It had been far too long since I had received a massage so it was high time for one. I am also quite active in my downtime and had made a muscle knot that would not go away (I made it worse by trying to aggressively foam roll it out). After my massage and a hot bath I am feeling refreshed and with much relief in my hip/glute area. My body thanks you!!

Greg is great and provided lots of great information about massage. Had good conversation. The massage was perfect and fixed exactly what I needed.

Everything about the staff, the place, the product and result are way above expectations. I would not change a thing except for your online booking system which is terrible.
