I used to go to the Don Mills branch, but I’m completely Leaside customer now. You have amazing staff members all around, and I’m very happy. I’ve been recommending Leaside location to my friends.

I loved my esthetician, Irene at the Laird location. It was comfortable and relaxing.

I was looking for a relaxing massage and that is what I received. I was pleased that my appointment started and ended on time. The spa was clean and I hope masks continue to be required despite the province dropping the mandate.

Great reception staff, and great massage service. The massage therapist took the time to ensure she understood my needs and ensure the applied pressure was per my preference. The reception staff was more than happy to help scan the receipt as well.

The staff were quick and efficient while being helpful and friendly. There was water available for patrons to consume before/after their treatments. The treatment rooms were quiet and well ventilated.

I like the ambience (scent, lighting, music) which help to make the experience relaxing.
