My only complaint would be the general lack of availability.

Your location is excellent for me. I believe in having monthly massages for my well being and my massage therapist is excellent at looking after any issues I may have.

The massage therapist was amazing. The pressure applied, her ability to help work out some pain in my back. It was a 10/10 experience.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received, however, there were some individuals who had a loud discussion outside of the massage area I was in and I found it very disturbing. If staff could be reminded to close doors, and keep their voices at a low volume and if necessary ask clients to refrain from loud talking, it would go a long way to helping people relax.

My massage therapist, Vicky was exceptionally outstanding! It was just the most perfect experience for my first time at Hand & Stone.

Appointments kept on time and Matt is an excellent therapist

Matt is very knowledgable and gives great value for money. I highly recommend him. Unfortunately many others feel the same way which is why it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment during my available times.

Fred is amazing and the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I enjoy the rewards program at Hand & Stone. Location suits me well

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the RMTs are great, very professional and knowledgeable!
